- 09:30–10:30: Free pick up and drive to your master chef for a discussion about meal and pastry options.

Market visit & spices
- Visit a local market to buy groceries and ingredients.
- Discover Moroccan spices: Ras El-Hanout, anise, fenugreek, sesame seeds, cinnamon, saffron, ginger, turmeric, etc.
Class setting
- After shopping with the master chef, return to a traditional Moroccan house (built in the 14th century) with a lovely garden and authentic Moroccan design.
- Learn in a relaxed atmosphere: cooking tricks, secrets, and tips from top chefs in Fez.
Experience
- Roll up your sleeves and start cooking with the chef’s help.
- Acquire new techniques and create lasting memories.
- When finished, sit at a round table and enjoy the meal you prepared.
End of day
- 17:30: Return to your hotel or riad in Fez.
